アカウント削除のご案内
MINE（恋愛コミュニケーション訓練アプリ）
1. アプリ内から削除する方法（推奨）
MINE アプリを利用できる場合は、以下の手順でアカウントを削除できます。
設定タブ → アカウント管理 → アカウントを削除する → 「delete」と入力 → 確認
削除後の処理:
- 即時に Firebase 認証を無効化
- 30日以内にチャットログ等の個人データを削除する措置を講じます
- 取引記録（ダイヤ取引履歴等）は法令上の保管期間に従い保持されます
2. アプリにアクセスできない場合
アプリをアンインストール済み、ログインできない等の理由でアプリ内から削除できない場合は、下記までご連絡ください。
ご連絡時に必要な情報:
- 登録時のメールアドレス（または Apple ID / Google アカウント）
- ニックネーム（任意、特定の補助情報として）
対応SLA: 7営業日以内に削除手続きを開始します
3. 削除されるデータ
- アカウント情報、プロフィール、ニックネーム
- AIキャラクターとのチャット履歴
- 練習セッション履歴・分析結果
- 残高ダイヤ（消滅）
- ペルソナ進捗、相性スコア
4. 保持される情報
法令上の保管義務がある以下の情報は、適用法令に定める期間、保持を継続します。
- 課金取引履歴（DiamondTransaction、財務監査のため）

Account Deletion
MINE — Romance Communication Practice App
1. Delete from within the app (recommended)
If you can still access the MINE app, you can delete your account as follows:
Settings tab → Account Management → Delete Account → Type "delete" → Confirm
What happens after deletion:
- Firebase authentication is immediately revoked
- We take measures to delete personal data including chat logs within 30 days
- Transaction records (diamond transaction history) are retained for the period required by applicable law
2. If you cannot access the app
If you have uninstalled the app, cannot log in, or otherwise cannot access account deletion within the app, please contact us:
Information needed:
- Email address used at registration (or Apple ID / Google Account)
- Nickname (optional, for identification assistance)
SLA: We will initiate deletion procedures within 7 business days.
3. Data that will be deleted
- Account information, profile, nickname
- Chat history with AI characters
- Practice session history and analysis results
- Diamond balance (forfeited)
- Persona progress and affection scores
4. Information that will be retained
The following information will be retained for the period required by applicable law:
- Purchase transaction history (DiamondTransaction, for financial audit purposes)
